	Description

The medicine increases extra-cellular levels of Serotonin by inhabitation of the reuptakes to presynaptic cells this increases the serotonin levels for binding the postsynaptic receptors. Lexapro [Escitalopram] is frequently prescribed generally for clinical depressions like anxiety disorders panic disorders social anxiety obsessive- compulsion disorders chronic pain post traumatic stress disorder and eating disorders.


	How to use

	Drug Interaction
	Lexapro [Escitalopram] or any other drug of the same class should not be taken together with the Mono Amine Oxidase [MAO] Inhibitor class of drugs commonly known as the antidepressants.
