Excessive dosage of Tagara [valerian] should be avoided as it can cause spasms, hallucinations and headaches. Overdose of this medicine could cause poisoning. Also prolonged use of this medication for treating insomnia is not advised as it could be addictive.
Side Effects
Tagara [valerian] patients during initial days could experience slight headache, hallucinations and nausea which should subside after few days of use. Doctor should be consulted immediately if the problem persists.
