How to use

• clofibrate (Atromid-S), gemfibrozil (Lopid) or fenofibrate (Tricor)
• nefazodone (Serzone)
• warfarin (Coumadin)
• clarithromycin (Biaxin), erythromycin (Ery-Tab, E-Mycin, others) or telithromycin (Ketek)
• drugs that weaken the immune system such as cyclosporine (Gengraf , Neoral, Sandimmune), cancer medications or steroids, tacrolimus (Prograf), sirolimus (Rapamune), and others.
